Portals: California

Client: Personal Project
Role: Collage, Design
Team: Independent

Background:

Portals: California is a series of digital collage work using a found set of old illustrated postcards. Using another set of found imagery from California Food & Beverage labels and packaging, I created surreal and wacky scenes that brought some levity to the otherwise standard post card images. The postcards together appear like how a child see's the world and encourages the viewer to let go and look beyond what they first see.
